Whatever is your fitness level when you arrive at IICD Michigan, you can look forward to improve your health, strength and stamina and get fit for fight by enjoying sports and exercise of different kinds, individually and with your teammates. We have an asphalt tennis court, basketball, volleyball, a small fitness room for weight and cardio training, bicycles, access to the neighboring forest with trails for running and walking, and a lake nearby for swimming in the summer – not to mention free and enjoyable exercise from garden farming and the other practical tasks involved in running the school together!
