About IICD and Education

IICD uses modern methods in the training of our participants, and we do not promote traditional education, when the teacher is the one to deliver to the students.

In today's world we receive so much information daily we are almost ready to explode.

Knowledge and information that for hundreds of years had only belonged to the “elite” is now available to almost everyone in the developed world with access to the internet, the communication tool of all times.The Internet now allows information and knowledge to freely change hands and cross borders.

The great challenge of our times is not acquiring information, but sorting it out and finding our way around in the information jungle. We need to transform the information into knowledge that we can use towards implementing actions.

The days when the teacher 'new it all' and whose aim was to pass the knowledge on to the next generation are over.

So let’s throw all the traditional teachers out of the schools, liberate the students, and allow everyone to adapt to these new times. We are able to study and learn out of curiosity, eagerness, and thirst for knowledge and understanding. What is needed is the desire and ability to gain new experiences, and to confront challenges while setting our goals high.

At IICD we release these forces and count on them as the foundation to the education.
